We always order at this kebab. We have never had any problems except this last order. Even if there was a problem and there were so many people in the establishment, the customer service person has always picked up the phone worrying about solving the problem. It is worth highlighting the attitude of the owner, who, far from ignoring us, also picked up the phone to tell us about the misunderstanding and give us a solution to the problem. I encourage you to order from this establishment. Not only is the food good but the human quality is much better. As for the delivery people, they are just doing their job. Traffic, stress and daily hustle and bustle mean that they are sometimes late. Please show understanding and patience if this happens, since today we have found ourselves in the position of a customer whose order arrives late without putting ourselves in their shoes and it is the worst thing that can be done. We are human, so think before criticizing a place as good as this.
